Dowding & Mills specialises in the refurbishment of electrical equipment including motors and generators and also has expertise in repairing electronic control systems and the associated mechanical driven units such as pumps and gearboxes.
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Project Manager at our electromechanical business based in Birmingham.
The Company has ambitious growth plans for the business, whose core services are the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all makes of power generators, electric motors, and associated equipment.
The successful candidate will have contractual and financial responsibility for allocated projects from tender initiation and contract award to end of defects liability period as a minimum, thereby ensuring obligations are met and a high profile is given to maximising company profitability.
Candidates must have a strong customer and commercial focus and be willing to travel worldwide.
An overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of power generation sources is essential.
