Production Manager
We feel its time for you to change companies. This opportunity as a Production Manager should be in line with your next career move. Then end employer provides sophisticated electronics systems used for analysis purpose. Their main market is within Defence and Transportation. As part the HR Strategy they are now in a position to recruit externally for a dynamics and innovative Production Manager. This is a position that you could fill.
Your role as Production Manager is to work within a repair and assembly environment. You will be directly responsible for the scheduling and planning of a number of workbench technicians. The typical roles of your sub-ordinates will be de-soldering and assembling electronic components and PCB boards. Your internal customers will be Project Managers and Sales Managers.
To be considered for this post we are looking for the following skills and experiences.
Current or Previous Experience within a Low Volume Repair or Assembly Environment
Engineering qualifications in Electronics
Experiences around managing or leading others
Salary & Benefit Package
£30,000 - £35,000
25 Days Holiday
