Refurbishment and Fit-out Project Manager
£50K-£55K package dependant on experience. Located site based nationwide.
The Role - Project Manager:
As Project Manager you will have experience of leading a team delivering projects that involve fit out and structural elements on medium to large projects.
You will encouraging and ensure continuous improvement of health and safety cultures and deliver projects to the full satisfaction of clients. The ability to work with the existing client dedicated team on a nation-wide basis is essential. The position of Site Manager will suit a self-motivated individual who is capable of being flexible as the position will be site based, anywhere in the UK. There is therefore a requirement to travel and lodge in the location of the site.
Projects will involve working with blue chip retail, commercial and leisure clients although the main bulk of your experience as Project Manager will be within the retail sector.
The Candidate - Project Manager:
As Project Manager you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, hard working and passionate about the project in hand. You will be a CSCS card holder, ideally have experience as a Project Manager on fit-out projects in the commercial and retail sectors and be able to demonstrate the ability to handle projects in the £250K to £3M bracket. There will also be a requirement to handle multiple projects at any one time.

Our client is a construction and fit-out company which operates out of the Midlands. The company's expertise is in general construction and fit-out in the commercial and retail sectors and last year their annual turn over was £220 million which they aim to increase in 2008.
