Description
Our client is a market leader in their field and specialise in facilities and M and E services. They are a well established company who have a successful business and profitable turnover.
They are currently looking for a project manager to join one of their teams, on site at Bristol and work on an interesting, public sector contract.
The successful applicant will be working on small works, refurbishment and maintenance (up to 100k). You will be responsible for the technical management of 1 supervisor and various tradesmen/sub contractors as well as managing relevant projects and making sure that deadlines and targets are met. Pricing minor works and estimates will also be required as well building a good client relationship.
This role would suit a site manager or assistant etc looking for a role different to normal construction. Management experience required along with commercial and public sector experience. Excellent construction knowledge essential as well as good H and S knowledge/CDM.
