As one of the UK's oldest independent generating set manufacturer's, Wardpower is a leading manufacturer of specialist power systems, producing diesel and gas powered generating sets up to 3MVA. Due to our continued growth, we have the following vacancy:
We are seeking a Project Manager to be involved in the Sales and Project Management of generation and LV distribution schemes across the UK and overseas. Aspects of this role will include:
• Scheme design and specification
• Client Liaison
• Project Management and budget control
• The specification and purchasing of components
• The preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and other associated health & safety and project documentation
This is a highly autonomous role and an extremely motivated individual is sought. We can teach you about Generating Sets the right person is far more important.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least two years industrial experience. Significant experience of UK Health & Safety is also required, preferably with a primary Health & Safety qualification.
