Owing to continued growth and expansion, my client urgently seeks a successful Project Manager who can demonstrate the successful completion of schemes to £20m.
Owing to continued growth and expansion, my client urgently seeks a successful Project Manager who can demonstrate the successful completion of schemes to £20m.
The successful candidate will be someone who is capable of handling projects from estimate stage through pre start to completion to time and budget. Other abilities will include being able to be hands on, managing a full site team, an understanding of JCT contracts, comfortable with chairing progress meetings and a good understanding of the commercial elements.
