An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join this national security company on a multi-million pound PFI in Birmingham. This major hospital new-build is expected to become the central point for all health care in the area upon its completion in 2010.
The role is to manage the relationship with the main client on the installation of CCTV and Access Control equipment throughout the development. You will have the ability to continue to grow the existing client relationship whilst ensuring that the variations are accounted for and any costings for changes to scope are recovered effectively. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively with main clients to achieve satisfactory negotiation of financial queries.
Initially this role will be for a duration of 6-12 months however the project is due to run until 2010 and the main client has requested a managerial presence on site at all times so you will need to be local, commutable, prepared to lodge away.
