Project Manager for a new build project in North London valued at £20m, specific responsibilities include the delivery of the project to time, budget and quality

£65-70k basic, plus full range of benefits
Company: Opportunity to join a well known and respected construction business operating across most industry sectors in the London region upon projects to £35m.
Role: A need has arisen for a Project Manager for a new build project in North London valued at £20m, specific responsibilities include the delivery of the project to time, budget and quality, to ensure that the company is not exposed to unnecessary risk at site level, compliance with company procedures and policies, lead and motivate project resources including the supply chain to deliver the project, maintain high standards of safety, develop an on-site philosophy that is client focused, maximise upon the relationship with the client and consultants.
Requirements: Experience required upon UK building projects of £10m plus.
