Our client, a successful and well respected regional contractor is seeking Project Managers for Design & Build, New Build and Refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors to include, commercial, education and industrial.
Demonstrating a stable career path to date you will be comfortable with running schemes between £5 - £20m. Accountable from inception through to completion, you main responsibilities will include programming, subcontract and client meetings, running a site team, health & safety and the ability to complete projects to time and quality.
Coming from a similar background, you will have a successful track record in the delivery of these schemes and will be able to bring new ideas to this already successful contractor. In return you can expect and excellent salary coupled with an attractive benefits package.
