£49,000 - £55,000 + Company car or Car allowance of £5,500 + final salary pension

You will be working for a worldwide market leading company that are one of the world's most prestigious engineering and construction firms. Having been established for over 100 years my client has experience and dedicated highly skilled personnel to provide top of the range solutions worldwide. They design, engineer and construct processing facilities and related infrastructure for the oil and gas and petrochemical industry.

The role will have full responsibility for the following
"improvements to mechanical systems, processes and plant equipment
"budget control of 6.2 million
"responsible for method statements, risk assessments, H&S reports, environmental studies and feasibility studies
"responsible for developing contract and project changes
"preparing project reports and critical reviews
"authorise all project activities and manage cost awareness

The successful candidate will have an excellent background in cost awareness and be a qualified mechanical engineer with excellent project management skills.
