Project Manager
£38,000-£40,000 basic with executive car + 10% bonus West Midlands
Excellent opportunity to join a £9 Billion American owned Group. This division that specialises in electrical power and UPS was, formerly a stand alone company being acquired by the Group a couple of years ago. The business can offer a superb career security and stability for a competent engineering professional.
Role Description
Working within a small but dedicated project management team the role is both varied and challenging. As a home based engineer you will be fairly autonomous, visiting both client sites and sub-contractors to establish project timescales and budgets.
The role is a mixture of commercial management and technical project management, so the ability to juggle competing interest is a key essential. Project sizes will vary from £30K up to £1.5 mill.
Skills Required
As a qualified engineer with an electrical background you will be looking for the next challenge into project management. The ability to present solutions to clients in formal meetings will a key part of this position. Hence good presentation skills are required.

Part of a huge global group the company supply, install and service UPS uninterrupted power supply for all the major retail and commercial banks. The company has a UK head office in the South-East, but has separate division in automotive and aerospace.
