Project Manager-Responsive Maintenance Team
It'll be your mission to lead my client's responsive maintenance team - a fourteen strong team that comprises both administrative and technical staff. You'll ensure that both the response desk and on-site maintenance teams provide the highest level of service to their public sector clients. Whether they are carrying out condition surveys, insurance works or routine inspections, you'll ensure that client expectations are consistently met. You will also be responsible for developing the team and winning them new business.
As someone who's led teams with success before, you'll be more than ready for this challenge. You'll have managed teams within a building or maintenance environment already - and will have prior experience of running a help desk response service.
A fantastic benefits package including a car or car allowance and a starting salary of between £35,000 - £40,000.
