Working for a world renowned business this is a brilliant opportunity for engineers to take on responsibility for the front end of a rail orientated project. The business itself is a specialist in heavy engineering products and therefore needs an infrastructure to be put in place to transport the goods directly from the site.
The role itself is very technical based looking at the feasibility of putting in place a new rail infrastructure for the site. You will then project manage this through subject to the feasibility, until final installation.
The ideal candidate will have direct skills in project engineering rail based projects. They will have a good understanding of budgetary and timescale constraints, ultimately being able to understand what is feasible and how to make it more feasible.
In reward for you expertise in this area, the project engineer will be given an excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to take on the project long term (12-18 months)
