Description
Objective
To support the Vehicle Verification Manager by maintaining TCe Digital Buck configurations and
tesselated data
To provide occupant vision and restraint studies to meet legal requirements and
attribute targets (including regulatory drawings) for all Product Development programs
Responsibilities
x Support pre-PS programmes with package studies to meet future legal regulations and access
to global package data (GCIE).
x Maintain the integrity of AML Digital Bucks by resolving tessellation issues and monitoring the
product structure (DPA 1).
x Develop KBE tools under AMPCS to validate legal requirements (DPA 0) and package attributes
(DPA 6).
x Create and maintain GCIE package data, package layout drawings and homologation drawings
for L&C submission.
Qualifications/Experience
Educated to degree level in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or equivalent
Experience in I-DEAS and Vis Mock-up (Buck Mechanic)
Experience of world regulatory vision and safety requirements.
Knowledge of CATIA and TCe would be preferable.
