MSE Project Engineer required to manage all Change Requests and Impact forms at the level of Manufacturing Integration. Representing Manufacturing at Programme level.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
•Proven track record of change control processes.
•Ability to communicate effectively clearly at all levels internal and external- Essential
•Enthusiastic and self motivated- Essential
•Ability to interpret aerospace drawings and specifications- Essential
•Ability to interpret design intent in various formats. (Reviews & presentations)
•Structured approach to problem solving- Essential
•Strong project management skills and leadership behaviors with an ability to operate strategically.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels are required.
•Enthusiasm and proactive. A working knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes and procedures including PEGs and SAP
•Knowledge of Assembly processes (essential)
•Understanding of aircraft geometry, tooling systems and assembly techniques.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (DESIRABLE TO HAVE)
•Knowledge of quality standards for aerospace components - Desirable
•Manufacturing planning experience for aerospace components - Desirable
•Full MS Office IT Skills
•Knowledge of ME processes and procedures
•Strong aerospace engineering background > 3 years
