Project Engineer/Project Manager
Coventry/Warwick/Leamington Spa
£30,000 + Excellent Pension + Life Assurance + Company Car
Role Description
Working around sites to include shopping centres, hospitals and the like this role involves the daily project management of contracts between £30,000 and £500,000. You will have the opportunity to oversee the whole process from conception to completion, be required to maintain control of contractors and sub-contractors whilst upholding health and safety.
Required Experience
Project management skills are essential to this role. You should be able to comfortably read electrical and mechanical drawings and have a good health and safety understanding. Candidates from air conditioning or building services are encouraged to apply.
