Description
The role would include the following responsibilities;
Pre-sales design for customer project (voice, data, upgrade)
Implement project and control project life cycle
Resolve all client issues from fault to MAC-s (Moves, adds & changes)
Carry out all 3rd party warranty issues (Dell, HP, Veritas, Cisco, Nortel, Avaya)
Provide excellent customer facing skills on all correspondence with customers / colleagues
Ensure that all work is justified and meets customer-s approval
Ensure targets are met
Advise and recommend on internal procedures
Advise and help younger team members
