THE JOB
PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
Due to continued success and expansion my client is looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator.
Based at the clients Glasgow offices the main responsibility is to control, push, pull and generally link all aspects of every contract / customer order that is won by the Sales team through to the final delivery of the order.
The candidate although reporting to the Engineering Manager will function and interface in all departments acting as the Project Coordinator.
The candidate will liaise with the following Departments- Sales ,Contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Despatch and external suppliers.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent organisational skills.
SAP experience highly beneficial but not essential - although previous use of an MRP system is essential.
A thorough understanding of Engineering Drawings, Engineering Machining Processes, Engineering Components, Bills of Materials.
Autocad experience is beneficial but not essential.
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary negotiable(depending on experience), up to 10% associated bonus, 25 days holiday plus all statutory days, 39 hour week, and company pension are on offer
