Project/Application Engineer - County Durham
The Role
Complete the Engineering tasks that arise through the delivery process; from receipt of order to eventual delivery of the manufactured product to the end user.
Attend client project "kick off" meetings .
Contract review .
Client and sub vendor liaison for technical and commercial matters .
Generation of design calculations / uncertainty calculations .
Production of design drawings and documentation .
Generation of specialist purchase orders for sub vendor equipment .Assisting project planning and coordination of activities .
Project cost control .Assisting manufacturing with technical matters .
Witness FAT and flow testing at sub vendors works.
Travel only if you want to (2-3 trips per year)
£10k - £1m projects, that last for 10wks to 6mths, dealing with the likes of BP.
