Main Responsibilities of the Project Administrator are as follows:
Assist in overall planning and coordination of design, analysis, testing, verification & releasing activities. Lead / support Integrator checkpoint process and liaise with vehicle activities to support the Vehicle Gateway Process. Review & coordinate review of and response to Program content requirements and Timing Plans changes. Create and coordinate the development of a Program Master Work Plan (or equivalent) and assist with program control reviews with all activities participating in the program. Support all activities to increase customer satisfaction/ avoid customer dissatisfaction (e.g. Field concerns, Six Sigma projects, cost reduction). Support program specific DV planning for build of engine prototype batches in co-operation with supporting functions. Communicates necessary information concerning manufacturing and assembly process to engineering, in order that engineering design changes may be developed Skills Preferred:
Be familiar with and operate according to the clients Quality System including all procedures, reference sources, mechanised systems, local procedures, local working practices and best practice engineering and quality tools / processes. Experience Preferred:
Be familiar with and operate according to the clients Quality System including all procedures, reference sources, mechanised systems, local procedures, local working practices and best practice engineering and quality tools / processes. B.Eng with Hons preferred
