Programme Manager - Avon

Responsible for the day to day management and delivery of key product programmes as defined in the companys Product Roadmap and from customer specification.

An inward and customer facing role that requires expertise and commercial awareness in managing key stakeholders, customer expectations and contract execution.

o Ensuring that clear sets of requirements are defined and interpreted into design specifications for the purposes of planning.
o Working with key stakeholders, project managers and engineers to produce and execute, maintain and deliver agreed project plans.
o Aggregating project plans into an end to end programme plan including key commercial and customer dependencies.
o Implementing and enforcing robust project governance through planning, base lining, maintenance, control, review and reporting.

-Results oriented, focused on the business outcome.
-Delivery of strategic and tactical projects to time, cost, quality and scope.
-Experience of delivering product development programmes.
-Experience of managing project managers and engineers from requirements through unit, sub-system and system level development, integration and test through to customer acceptance processes and roll-out.

-Management of multi-disciplinary, matrix teams and activities
-Bid management
-Experience in managing projects and programmes with sequential release dates of products.
-Experience of the RF and microwave design process, tools, processes and techniques needed to produce a product to meet specification.- Experience of the design process needed to design control circuitry ranging from simple bias and sequencing circuits to logic, digital and FPGA circuits.
