THE JOB
PROGRAMME MANAGER(New Products)
Due to continued success and expansion my client is now looking to recruit an experienced Programme Manager.
Based at the clients Lincolnshire facility the main purpose of the role is to use your expertise, decision making and influencing skills to develop programmes that will deliver new products to market on time and within budget.
Other Duties/Responsibilities
Manage effectively cross-functional links (Local and Internationally)
Ensure all key stakeholders commit to and deliver on agreed plans
Budgetry and timing controls
Manage project and work groups to overcome issues identified
Manage global communications of project programmes and transferring key data to global sites.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Qualified to degree level and/or with global project management experience
Experience of leading & delivering major projects at global level
Some experience of new product development and associated processes
Six Sigma would be advantageous but not essential
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary £40k, plus bonuses, re-location assistance (if required), plus additional benefits
