Our client is a world leader in the development of surge protection devices, many of the worlds safety-critical processes are controlled by their products. Due to a recent buy-out they are looking to build on their existing team of engineers.
Our client are looking for a Technically orientated Program Manager to lead and steer complex product projects, including product development, marketing, introduction to manufacturing and the release into the market. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in managing large complex projects.
Being able to manage more than one concurrent project is essential.
As program manager you will take on projects within their Industrial networks division which will be mainly related to Industrial Ethernet products.
You will be expected to manage teams of in-house and contract staff. Many projects may be directly for key customers, so good customer facing skills are required.
