We are currently recruiting for a high-class manufacturer of reputable branded goods, based in Derby. They are a key player within the FMCG and pharmaceutical sector with a strong focus towards lean manufacturing and continuous improvements.
We are looking for production crew members with a manufacturing and process improvement background who can lead and motivate a production team within a high-speed packaging environment, with responsibility to deliver and perform to specific production output, quality and H&S targets.

Applicants should be degree qualified and have previous experience of managing people, coaching and training, ideally within a high speed production environment. You should be familiar with production planning, finance and engineering maintenance management.
The candidate will be achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment. Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
