Production Team Leader - required by this leading Defence organisation to manage a Production Cell in a high tech Defence sector Manufacturing Environment.
Key responsibility areas
Maintain production targets in terms of output, quality, safety and cost.
Manage a team of Production operators and liaise with support functions.
Drive continuous improvement in the production area.

One of the roles is in a Clean Room environment.
Experience Required: Working in a manufacturing area desirable; Engineering background desirable
Skills
Management in a Production Environment desirable; Leadership/People Management Skills desirable; Knowledge of MRP systems desirable and understanding of quality management tools would be desirable.
