Description
A superb opportunity has arisen for a PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER to be based within this leading East Midlands based manufacturing company who specialise in technical products into the automotive, aerospace and general engineering marketplaces.
THE ROLE
It will be your role to manage a production area of around 20 operators and technicians. You will be responsible as the Production Shift Manager for all KPIs, Health and Safety, lean activities and general day to day production related issues for you production area.
THE CANDIDATE
You will need to have strong leadership skills from within an engineering/manufacturing environment, as well as the desire to progress your career within a growing engineering business with a solid order book, enabling growth throughout the next ten years.
