Our clients are looking to recruit a planner to be responsible and accountable for creating and maintaining valid production schedules. You will ensure that customers orders and stock requests are planned to meet customer demands. Interested........
Using MRP system you will confirm planned orders to cover sales and stock requirements as per the schedual
Produce a weekly plan in line with capacity
Ensure paper work is all correct and no material shortages show on the system for released work
Daily review of exception messages
Run monthly reports to check for slow moving stock
Keep system data up to date
The ideal candidate will be A-level standard or equivalent with experience as a production planner.
Ability to work to tight dead lines amd able to prioritize work load.
Good organizational and interpersonal/communication skills.
Experience of MRP systems amd an understanding of manufacturing and control, capacity planning and understanding of master scheduling.
