Reporting to the European Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, planning and co-ordinating activities of workers (multi skilled craftspeople) engaged in assembling products in the Assembly and Test area. Duties will incorporate carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisations policies and applicable laws.

Reporting to the European Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, planning and co-ordinating activities of workers (multi skilled craftspeople) engaged in assembling products in the Assembly and Test area. Duties will incorporate carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The successful candidate will have skills in the following:

•Electrical Engineering qualification.
•Team Leader / Supervisory skills.
•Able to read and interpret documents such as assembly and component drawings (electrical and mechanical).
•Safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
•Able to write routine reports and correspondence
•Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation
•Good mathematical skills
