An excellent opportunity has arisen within this leading manufacturer of products into the automotive and manufacturing industries for a Production Manager to be based out of its Midlands factory on the Northamptonshire, Warwickshire border.
THE ROLE
You will report into the Operations Manager and as the Production Manager you will be responsible for a cell of upto 30 operatives. Working days you will be responsible for the day to day management of your team including recruitment, retention, training and performance. You will also get involved in the set up of this new cell, which will give you the opportunity to make it your own.
THE CANDIDATE
The position of Production Manager will suit someone from a manufacturing, production or assembly background. You will probably be currently in a supervisor role or a shift managers position and be looking for the next step, or in a Production Managers position and looking for the next challenge.

- Manufacturing/Assembly/Production experience
- Good man management skills
- Shift/production management experience
