Description
Manage industrialisation and associated risks arising from Design or Manufacturing Change on behalf of the Broughton, Toulouse & Hamburg A380 assembly lines.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
Proven track record of change control processes.

Structured approach to problem solving.
Experience in Manufacturing / Assembly process (prefer Airbus / Aerospace) Capability, Methods, Tools and Processes.
Understanding of aircraft geometry, tooling systems.
Strong project management skills and leadership behaviours with an ability to operate strategically.
A working knowledge of design engineering and change management processes (Airbus / Aerospace preferred).
Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and ability to work alone in a multi cultural environment.
A working knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes and procedures including PEGS and SAP.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (DESIRABLE TO HAVE)
Awareness of working within Aerospace Quality Requirements / Procedures including JAR 21 & ISO 9000.
Manufacturing planning experience for aerospace components.
Full MS Office IT Skills. (Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Airbus ME processes and procedures.
Strong aerospace engineering background > 3 years.
Experienced in the manufacture of composite parts.
Ability to travel and work away from home, mainly UK, possibly worldwide.
Ability to use PEGS, DPDS, PRIMES wind-chill (Database).
Awareness of machining processes.
