Production Coordinator - Aberdeen
An experienced production coordinator is required to provide administration to allow the smooth running of the Production and Operations Department by processing of parts, drawings, data and information from order receipt to despatch. Be the focal point for day to day handling of all issues pertaining to the company Work Order system and the handling of Productions enquiries. You will interface with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales and Engineering to ensure smooth flow of information and parts from receipt to despatch. You will create Work Orders to allow manufacture of equipment for Production or Stock builds. You will be part of the Production and Operations team ensuring the smooth running of these departments. You will update planning spreadsheets during life of builds and projects.
