Description
Test Technicians/Product Technicians required to start immediately for 6 month contract based in Cheltenham. The role will be working shifts also potential weekend work, and you will be fault finding, testing and verifying to component level.
Test Technicians/Product Technicians required to start immediately for 6 month contract based in Cheltenham. The role will be working shifts also potential weekend work, and you will be fault finding, testing and verifying to component level.
Role
The business has a critical need to introduce additional checking and inspection to guarantee product conformity and minimise customer product rejections.
Working in production cells, this is a hands on role responsible for checking that electronic and electrical products conform to design requirements prior to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform manual checking of product against check list criteria
•Identify and record product issues and non conformance
•Identify process improvements for product and manufacturing process quality
Skills and Experience:
•Familiar with complex electronic/electrical products and a manufacturing environment
•Familiar with electronic inspection, test, verification or sign off
•Familiar with Fault finding
•Motivated and strong time management
•Enthusiastic
•Working within a team
Ideally with:
•Debug down to component level
•Understanding of electronic and electrical circuits
