Description
An excellent opportunity for a Product Development Manager has arisen within this leading UK manufacturer of products into the industrial and consumer marketplace. Based close to the M69 junction in Coventry, this is a superb opportunity for a design development manager with good NPI skills.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the development department, who in turn are responsible for the delivery of all new products into the marketplace. It will be your role to work with the production engineers in order to develop the process, and deliver the new projects to time and cost.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally as the Product Development Manager you will need good New Product Introduction skills (NPI), and project management skills, as well as the ability to lead and develop a team. You will also be motivated by progressing your role in order to take full control of all engineering issues including production in the future.
