Process Improvement Engineer
Peterborough
My client designs and manufactures electronic products and they are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to work in the Peterborough area. In this role you will improve the process to achieve better effectiveness, economics and product quality.
The successful applicant will
•Work to quality, environmental and H&S standards
•Review and plan improvement action programmes
•Develop, maintain and improve the business processes, policies and procedures
•Support the manufacturing and engineering departments in product improvements
•Evaluate the benefits of industry practices and support their implementation
•Support procurement in development of effective supplier management systems
For this role you will have a degree in either Electronics or Electrical engineering. You will be a team player, able to use your own initiative and be self motivated. This role may involve travelling between a couple of sites within the UK so a driving licence is needed.
