Urgently required, Principal or Associate Transport Planner for fast growing, friendly, busy and vibrant consultancy in Central London. You MUST have a good amount of suitable experience including a degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Geography or Economics and will be charged with the following within the role:
-Transport Policy at regional and local levels
-Transport strategy and development
-Transport appraisal and transport research
-Public transport and transport modelling e.g. micro simulations and demand forecasting
-Good engineering, geography or economics degree
-Substantial background in transport planning including knowledge of appropriate transport planning software i.e. OSCADY, ACADY, LYNSIG, TRANSYT, PICADY or TRICS
The successful candidate must also have strong commercial insight combined with the intelligence and confidence to argue a point well and proven business development or client interaction experience.
