PRINCIPAL COMMERCIAL OFFICER
An experienced commercial officer is required who has managed development and subsequent supply contracts with both UK MOD and overseas customers. You will be part of the team that bid and negotiate prime contracts, assiting with and agreeing terms and conditions, submission of quotations, completion of statements of compliance. A good working knowledge of UK MoD or commercial terms and conditions, and Incoterms required. Experience required of managing multiple contracts from receipt by the company through to final shipment and payment. Responsibilities include writing and negotiating contract and sub-contract amendments, ensuring company compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and order processing, raising sales invoices, organising shipments to both UK and export destinations. You will have previous experience with MRP and you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
