Pre-Construction Manager required for the London and South East business to Project Manage Construction bids.
Position: Pre-Construction Manager
Package: £70-80k plus full benefits package
Company: UK Construction Group with London and South East Business undertaking new build and refurbishment schemes across the area, comprising of Design & Build and Traditional plus PFI build out, project values of £75m.
Role: Pre-Construction Manager required for the London and South East business to Project Manage Construction bids.
You will be responsible for the Management of the process, setting the timetable and liaising with the internal and external teams to ensure delivery of the bid to time.
Working closely with Senior Management to incorporate key design, construction and commercial aspects to ensure ultimate success. This role will involve the extensive management of Design, Commercial, and legal teams plus external consultants.
Requirements: Suitable applicants will have a UK Construction background with previous UK pre-construction experience and extensive commercial knowledge. You may be working for a Contractor, Project Manager or a Client organisation and will have drive, enthusiasm and energy to lead and manage a team. Previous experience of co-ordinating Project teams to ensure successful project bids is essential.
