Job Description:
"Day to day delivery of PPM and reactive work.
"Working as part of a team on a rolling shift pattern.
"Carry out risk assessments in conjunction with the team and ensure risk are minimised and reported accordingly.
"Carry out minor repairs to internal and external Public Health systems, statutory testing including water sampling / monitoring, pressure systems.
"Undertake additional handyman tasks in addition to core duties.
Qualifications/ Experience Required:
"At least 5 years experience within a similar role.
"City & Guilds Plumbing or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
"Experience of BMS and Control Systems
"Experience of Pressure Systems / Water Treatment
"A good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
"Self starter with the ability to prioritise and react to changing scenarios.
