You will typically be working on New Build and/or Nuclear Clean-up and remediation programmes and experience in these areas would be an advantage as would work within the power station sector

ASTEC Services Ltd is a provider of specialist engineering, safety, environmental and quality assurance consultancy and contractor services in the nuclear industry. We specialise in placing highly qualified and experienced professional engineers within blue chip client organisations across operating and decommissioning sites in the UK. Our clients include operators, engineering prime contractors, support and services companies and engineering consultancies.

Role
You will typically be working on New Build and/or Nuclear Clean-up and remediation programmes and experience in these areas would be an advantage as would work within the power station sector

Requirements
You will have proven track record of experience in multiple, complex, projects in a safety critical environment (nuclear new build, power station etc) with a demonstrable track record of delivering results, programme finances and presenting results to management.
You will be able to demonstrate programme management and extensive experience in scheduling and planning using Primavera P3 and beyond. Additionally you will have experience in project strategy, cost control & monitoring, and commercial/contract knowledge.

Demonstrable excellent communication skills is a pre-requisite, as is the ability to present project controls issues in a simple, clear and concise manner.
You will require engendering and maintaining Client Relationships as well as managing successful programmes.
Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment

Qualifications
Ideally you will be degree qualified in an Engineering discipline.

The position is based in Gloucestershire

40 hour week
