Description
Our client seeks a planning engineer who has an interest in claims etc.
Our client, a construction related firm of over 100 people with a relatively new office in the City area of London now seeks an Assistant Planning Engineer or Intermediate Planning Engineer who would like to move in to a role involved in construction claims, delay analysis and eventually to become an expert witness. You will have the opportunity of working on claims related projects and doing project advisory work for a variety of building and civil engineering projects both in the UK and overseas. You will need to have a Construction Related Degree or HNC / HND and have gained some experience of working as a Planning Engineer for a large construction company with good experience of construction planning software. You will need to have a good understanding of construction projects, have worked on site and have both the ability to understand detail as well as the bigger picture. Good communication skills are a must. Our client will support further qualifications e.g. MSc Construction Law and similar for the right candidate.
