Our Client manufactures a range of products for use within the Aerospace and Power Generation Industries. They have the requirement for a Planning Engineer to work within the Engineering Team, to develop, maintain and publish accurate working instructions and routing sequences to aid the machining of turbine components.

They have the requirement for a Planning Engineer to work within the Engineering Team, to develop, maintain and publish accurate working instructions and routing sequences to aid the machining of turbine components. Candidates will have prior engineering experience to include the interpretation of engineering drawings, plus the scheduling of engineering processes within a manufacturing setting.
Role:
To develop, maintain & publish accurate working instructions & routing sequences to aid the machining of turbine components.
Key Responsibilities:
•To create & maintain working instructions / operation sheets
•To Create & maintain SAP manufacturing routing sequences
•To ensure instructions raised satisfy internal & customer quality requirements
•Checking of updated customer drawings & specifications
•Maintaining accurate records
•To support Manufacturing areas
Key Performance Measures:
On time issue of accurate working instructions.
Candidates:
•Need good Computing skills
•Ability to work in team or under own initiative
•Needs to be diligent & able to work accurately
