You should have planning experience, good IT and systems skills, experience of working in a cost conscious environment and experience in the construction industry or similar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To plan works and activities for projects and bids within the business to ensure delivery to timescale
2. To liaise with managers, subcontractors, clients, partners and suppliers to ensure plans are appropriate and realistic
3. To follow the business planning processes to ensure efficiency and value for money
4. To provide regular status reports on allocated projects and bids to managers to ensure they are aware of progress
5. To highlight any risks, issues or barriers to management and to facilitate preventative action
6. To promote company values in all dealing with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Planning experience
• Good information technology and systems skills
• Experience of working in a cost conscious environment
• Experience in the construction industry or similar
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• Spanish language skills / experience of working in an international organisation
Initially based in Richmond until Aug 07 some travel required
