Description
A Petrochemical EPC company who specialise in LPG Terminal Detail Design requires a Pipe Stress Engineer to join their team.
A Petrochemical EPC company who specialise in LPG Terminal Detail Design requires a Pipe Stress Engineer to join their team.
The candidate should have experience of Pipe Stress Engineering within the Oil & Gas / Petrochem industry, as well as experience of Caesar II.
Responsibilities will include; The engineering of particular equipment or plant areas assigned by the Lead Engineer. This will include production of project specific specifications, formulating technical content of requisitions, approval of vendor data and relevant drawings and documents such as layouts and start-up/operating procedures.
Preparation / checking of engineering calculations as well piping flexibility analysis, calculation of pipe wall thicknesses, pipe branch reinforcement, pipe supports; assessment of piping loads on equipment, structures and foundations.
