1st or 2.1 degree in Physics from a university with an excellent reputation in your subject
Ability to translate new technologies from the laboratory to a production environment with a strong 'can-do' approach to problem solving
Expected to be innovative, decisive, able to select the most commercially appropriate solutions, and to take the lead in partnership with some of the world's leading companies.
Very good communication skills.
Some project management experience and/or industrial experience will be an advantage.
