Description
Due to the continued success of the London office, our client is seeking a senior professional project manager to strengthen their Project Management presence in the South East and build a commercial project management team.
Due to the continued success of the London office, our client is seeking a senior professional project manager to strengthen their Project Management presence in the South East and build a commercial project management team.
The main responsibilities will include:
To lead the team, managing and delivering the agreed annual and medium term business plan.
To act as a figurehead in the business and to drive our commitment to high professional standards
To act as Project Partner on a wide variety of projects.
The main focus of the role will be to develop existing business in the London Project Management market, build customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years experience of construction project management, some of which in a consultancy or client side capacity. A technical degree or equivalent is a prerequisite with a professional qualification highly desirable.
