Partner Head of Building Consultancy required for a leading real estate adviser, based in Reading. The Company provides acquisition, disposal, management and consultancy services to tenants, owner-occupiers, public sector clients, developers and investors, nationwide.
Partner Head of Building Consultancy required for a leading real estate adviser, based in Reading. The Company provides acquisition, disposal, management and consultancy services to tenants, owner-occupiers, public sector clients, developers and investors, nationwide.
The role will include heading a team of up to 10 people and developing the team, to act as a role model and ambassador of the Company, to maximise and identify all business opportunities, write business cases, work with existing customers and client portfolios and win work.
You will be a Chartered professional with a proven track record in a similar role. A business developer and networker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This position is permanent, paying between £65k to £75k.
