The Opportunity:

We are looking for PROJECT MANAGERS to initially work in the Automotive (& Manufacturing) sector. We are looking for creative and enthusiastic individuals who strive for excellence and enjoy working in a challenging environment.

The positions cover complex product development programs in an international environment and involve:

- Management support to Executives and Business Leaders
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Implementing and driving Governance
- Providing visibility, insight and control to drive delivery
- Risk, Issue and Change management
- Project plans development and management

Positions are based in the United Kingdom and / or Germany, subject to the role. Some business travel may be required.

The candidates:

To be successful in this role you will have a mix of the following skills and experience:

Essential

• Proven project management experience on complex product development or manufacturing engineering programs
• Experience of managing change in complex, cross-functional organisations (ideally within Automotive, Manufacturing, Electronic or Consumer Goods sectors)
• First rate interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrable experience of producing Management Information reports to an Executive level
• Excellent organization, planning and presentation skills
• Excellent ability to negotiate and influence

Desirable

• Consulting experience
• Project Management accreditation e.g. Prince, APM, PMI
• Good understanding of process optimisation, Lean or 6 Sigma techniques
• Knowledge of German would be advantageous
• Educated to degree level within an Engineering discipline
