Due to continuous growth my client requires Project Managers, Commercial Managers and Planners for huge mixed use commercial and residential developments.
One of the developments consists of 26 eleven-storey reinforced concrete residential buildings accommodating over 5,500 flats. A commercial centre comprising recreation facilities (including tennis, indoor bowling and movie theatres), retail outlets, and a department store is provided. Swimming pools and well-planned landscaping all add to the attractiveness of the finished development.
THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree and have a number of years experience working for a main contractor. You will have previous experience of working in SE Asia. A strong commercial and technical awareness is important as is strong communication and negotiation skills.
