Due to growth and expansion, one of the world's most prestigious Construction and Property Consultants is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager in their Dublin city office. The ideal Project Manager will be both capable of delivering the client's requirements but also experienced in submissions and business development.

Due to growth and expansion, one of the world's most prestigious Construction and Property Consultants is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager in their Dublin city office. The ideal Project Manager will be both capable of delivering the client's requirements but also experienced in submissions and business development.
The Client
This international consultancy operates out of a network of over 60 offices and they are considered experts in every area of international project and cost management based on a 165 year proven track record in delivering premium results to some of the world's largest bluechip clients during and after each project. They offer cost and project management in all sectors to include residential, commercial, health and leisure, educational, PPP, infrastructure, civil works, industrial, mixed use and urban regeneration and more.
The Projects
In Ireland, they were the forefront runners within the PPP field and have several live high profile projects that they are working on nationally. Such projects include major educational projects, fit out, civil and large mixed use. They have several projects nationally in the West and Leinster. Project value is up to 100 million.
The Role
The ideal Project Manager will be both capable of delivering the client's requirements but also experienced in submissions and business development. This is an extremely client facing role and commands experienced Project Managers who have heavily been involved in the design of projects. Project Managers from consultancies are a preference although Project Managers who have worked from inception on Design and Build contracts are also of interest.
The suitable candidate will act as Senior Project Manager/ Client Representative and undertake the following duties:
-Ensuring that all client's requirements are met according to budget and time,
-Managing the project from inception to handover
-Seeking new business opportunities where possible,
-Responsible for submissions and bid tenders,
-Appointing and Managing design meetings,
-Cost plans
-Ascertaining the client's key objectives and dealing with any queries
-Liaising with the client, consultants, suppliers, contractors
-Improve design awareness and quality within the production team,
-Chairing client meetings
