The ideal Senior Project Manager will be both capable of delivering the client's requirements but also experienced in submissions and business development.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will be both capable of delivering the client's requirements but also experienced in submissions and business development.

This international consultancy operates out of a network of over 60 offices and they are considered experts in every area of international project and cost management based on a 165 year proven track record in delivering premium results to some of the world's largest bluechip clients during and after each project.

In Ireland, they were the forefront runners within the PPP field and have several live high profile projects that they are working on nationally. Such projects include major educational projects, fit out, civil and large mixed use.
The Role
The suitable candidate will act as Senior Project Manager/ Client Representative and undertake the following duties:
• Ensuring that all client's requirements are met according to budget and time,
• Seeking new business opportunities where possible,
• Responsible for submissions and bid tenders,
• Managing design meetings,
• liaising with the client, consultants, suppliers, contractors
• supervision of site works
• improve design awareness and quality within the production team,
• chairing client meetings
